The Executive Assistant (EA) will report to the CEO and CNO to provide direct support to both positions. The EA will perform a wide range of administrative and office support duties to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. Responsibilities include designing and preparing executive reports using MS Office products for Board Meetings, Committee meetings, Community presentations and regulatory surveyors. In addition to scheduling meetings, and seminars, the EA will be responsible for the preparation of meeting packets, and minutes. The EA will be expected to attend to administrative and clerical details utilizing initiative, and problem analysis, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. This is an Exempt position with regular hours Monday – Friday.
